30-day money-back guarantee
If a paid digital product does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. No lengthy justification is required.
How to request a refund
Email hello@odyrium.com from the address you used to purchase, with your order details. Refunds are processed through our payment provider and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Free items
Free guides and resources have no monetary value and are not eligible for refunds.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of evident abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
